Eng Oubeida Massadeh is a Civil Engineer and WDC Fellow with a Master's degree in Water and Environmental Engineering. He serves as a Construction, Water, and Wastewater Specialist at the Water Authority of Jordan, where he contributes to advancing sustainable infrastructure and improving the management of water resources across the country.
