A one-week professional workshop organized by the Water Diplomacy Center, focusing on water governance in contexts of uncertainty. The training examines how social, institutional, legal, and political dynamics shape water governance under conditions such as climate variability, displacement, and institutional fragility, combining analytical sessions, case studies, simulations, and a field visit to the Yarmouk River basinز
